Castello Pipes
Castello pipes were started by Carlo Scotti in 1947, in Cantu, Italy. He not only redefined the Italian pipe but established the Castello pipe as the mark of quality "parameto". This quality means working only with the best briar, extra extra hand selected. Aging each block for 10 years to ensure the finest smoking quality. Castello pipes would take Carlo Scotti from a tiny artisan studio and anonymity, to a state of the art production facility and the peak of the pipe world. Carlo's successor Franco "Kino" Coppo continues these traditions. Every Castello pipe is completely hand made, from start to finish, from the finest 10 year aged briar and has a hand cut Lucite stem. The Castello pipe is thought by many smokers to be the world's most consistent smoking pipe.
